Tata Motors currently offers 10 different car models including seven with traditional internal combustion engines (ICEs) and three electric vehicles. One of their hatchback models is Altroz and they currently have two hatchbacks in their lineup.
The Altroz is compact five-seater car available in eight different variants and it comes with four different engine options. The prices for the Altroz start at Rs. 6,59,900 (excluding showroom charges).
The waiting period for the Altroz in September 2023
If you’re interested in purchasing petrol or CNG versions of the Altroz you’ll need to wait for about three to four weeks from time you make booking. However, if you’re looking to buy the diesel variant you’ll have to wait an additional two weeks.
Altroz engine choices
The Altroz offers range of engine choices including 1.2-liter petrol, 1.2-liter turbo-petrol, 1.2-liter petrol-CNG and 1.5-liter diesel. All models come with standard five-speed manual transmission except for 1.2-liter NA petrol version which has optional six-speed DCA transmission. It’s worth noting that all of these engines have been updated to meet latest RDE and BS6 Phase 2 emission standards.
