Lotus has introduced its first car in India, Lotus Eletre SUV, starting at a price of Rs. 2.55 crore (ex-showroom). The all-electric hyper SUV is offered in three versions – Eletre, Eletre S, and Eletre R. Exclusive Motors in New Delhi will be the official sales partner for the nationwide distribution of this model.
Lotus Eletre Appearance
Externally, the Lotus Eletre boasts a bold appearance with sleek, arrow-shaped Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) alongside a wide front profile. It features a split headlamp setup with an active grille and broad air dams. The side view is enhanced by a black-painted roof, robust blacked-out wheel arches, and 22-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels, with optional sizes of 20- and 23-inch alloy wheels available for customers.
At the back, a striking design element is the full-length LED light bar connecting the tail lights. The supercar also sports a roof-mounted split spoiler, functional air dams, a sloping roofline, and a blacked-out rear bumper.
Lotus Eletre Interior
Inside, the Lotus Eletre’s cabin is equipped with a 15.1-inch foldable touchscreen infotainment system featuring Lotus Hyper OS, four-zone climate control, 12-way electrically adjustable front seats, and a wireless charger.
Additional features include an ADAS suite, air purifier, multi-color ambient lighting, and a 15-speaker KEF-sourced sound system. The electric SUV is available in both four and five-seater configurations, with the interior theme customizable in six different styles using 100% recyclable materials.
Specifications of Lotus Eletre
In terms of specifications, the Eletre comes with a standard 112kWh battery pack unit across all variants. The Eletre and Eletre S feature dual-motor setup, offering a driving range of 600km on full charge, with power output of 600bhp and 710Nm of torque. The more powerful Eletre R is equipped with dual-motor setup and a two-speed transmission unit providing driving range of 490km with power output exceeding 900bhp and 985Nm of torque.
