Maruti Suzuki, the popular Indian car brand, recently shared some interesting information about their vehicles in a conversation with CarWale. They’ve revealed details about one of their recent launches, the Grand Vitara.
According to Maruti, the Grand Vitara, a mid-size SUV, is in high demand with a waiting period of about eight weeks from the date you book it. This waiting time applies all over India, regardless of which version of the car you choose.

To put this in perspective, some of its rivals like the Hyundai Creta and the Kia Seltos have much longer waiting periods – up to 34 weeks and 15 weeks, respectively. The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Honda Elevate also have substantial waiting times of 52 weeks and 18 weeks.
