Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a one-time bonus of ₹7,000 for government employees ahead of the festive season leading up to Diwali. The bonus will be given to non-gazetted Group B and Group C employees working under the Delhi government. Kejriwal expressed gratitude for the essential role these employees play in public services and emphasized the government’s commitment to improving their lives.
He stated that approximately 80,000 Group B non-gazetted and Group C employees are employed by the Delhi government, and a total of ₹56 crores will be allocated for this bonus. Kejriwal shared this news in a video message, highlighting the government’s ongoing efforts to support its employees and enhance their well-being.
