Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who leads AAP strongly criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi accusing him being corrupt and suggesting that more opposition leaders might be arrested before elections.

Kejriwal against Modi’s alleged corruption
Kejriwal expressed his outrage, stating that Singh prominent voice against Modi’s alleged corruption, was targeted due to government’s nervousness. Kejriwal claimed that Modi was corrupt from top to bottom and labeled his government as the most corrupt in independent India. The AAP leader’s arrest prompted Kejriwal to declare that the AAP is a genuinely honest political party.

In response Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) defended the arrest framing it as step toward creating corruption-free India, aligning with their vision of ‘Bhrashtachaar Mukt Bharat’.
