Raghav Chadha member of Aam Aadmi Party, was suspended from Rajya Sabha (the Upper House of India’s Parliament) due to allegations of including names of five other MPs in a select committee without their consent during the Monsoon Session. The MPs in question, including members from BJP, AIADMK, and BJD, claimed that Chadha added their names without permission.

In response, Chadha has challenged his suspension in the Supreme Court. He will remain suspended from Rajya Sabha until committee of privileges completes its investigation and submits report on matter.
